With over 20 years in recruitment, I’ve built my career across start-ups, global corporates, SMEs, inhouse and agency environments, and most recently as a fractional/freelance recruiter. I understand the reality of the industry, the pressure, the pace and the constant change. I’ve also navigated multiple career pivots myself, which is why I’m passionate about helping female recruiters regain clarity, rebuild confidence and move forward with purpose. Alongside coaching, I run my business, Periscope Talent, where I work as a Fractional & Freelance Recruiter Manager and, bringing real-world, current insight into every programme.

I’m a certified NLP Practitioner, accredited in DISC & trained in Confidence, Career & Work-Life Balance Coaching. I use coaching to help you think differently, strengthen your mindset and create positive change. I don’t offer pure NLP, but selectively use established, mainstream & non-hypnotherapy NLP techniques. By combining all my skills and training, I help you gain clarity, overcome challenges & take confident, purposeful steps forward.

My coaching approach is non-directive, creating space for you to think, reflect and work through your own challenges. This isn’t mentoring or consulting. I won’t give you generic advice or quick fixes. Instead, I help you develop your own answers, build clarity and take ownership of your direction, so the progress you make is sustainable, motivational and genuinely aligned to your goals & ambitions.
